evaluations. During a new member sign up, each member will
have a fitness evalution test, which will take place
every 30 days. This will help us
with individual goal setting. Each member will receive a
calorie count and general nutrition counseling. We strongly
believe in general nutrition counseling, and we
provide all members with personal workout routines, that can
be performed at home or away from their homes. We are
